Delivery and shipping

Can deliveries be made abroad?
Yes, deliveries can be made abroad. We account for the rates of VAT that apply in Germany (7%, 19%) in the order process. This display is only used for information. We will not print out or calculate these rates of VAT on invoices for foreign customers. When delivering to Switzerland, we will account for the rate of VAT that applies there.

Ich have forgotten to specify a different delivery address in my order. What can I do?
You are welcome to get in touch. If we haven’t sent the goods yet, our customer care team will be happy to help you.

I can’t track my order - why not?
As soon as your goods have been sent, you will receive an email with your data for order tracking. You also have the option of calling up the link for order tracking in our receipt centre. If you have not received an email, and you also cannot see a order tracking number in our receipt centre, your package has not yet been passed on to the freight forwarder.
- My goods are shown as delivered, but I haven’t received anything - What do I do?

- Are all items that I order sent at the same time?
We will process your order for you as quickly as possible. If not every item is in stock, you will of course receive partial deliveries or available goods. If you wouldn’t like this to happen, please contact us.
- I can’t choose Express delivery, why not?

For all freight consignments and items marked with the “Freight” symbol, the following delivery times apply for products that are in stock: The delivery time within Germany is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. For countries bordering Germany, the delivery time is 4 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. |

These goods contain hazardous substances, and their commercial transport is therefore only permitted under certain circumstances. As the transport risk is higher than it is for other goods, dangerous goods cannot be delivered abroad, to islands or to special areas. No express delivery and no returns for these goods. |

While LQ goods contain hazardous materials, they can be transported in limited quantities and in small, non-hazardous packages. The transport restrictions are therefore not as strict. There are, however, still some transport requirements, and special labelling is mandatory. Delivery to islands and special areas is therefore excluded. |
