Order
  • Who can order with TBS Technischer Bedarf GmbH?
    We sell exclusively to the specialist solar, plumbing, heating and air conditioning trade. We have specialised in this area and designed our range accordingly.




  • Quick order
    If you have all the item numbers for the products you want, you can enter these in our quick order form. You can find it by hovering the mouse over the basket symbol on the top right and clicking on the Quick order form at the very bottom. After you have entered your items and the required quantity, you can transfer them straight to your basket.




  • I have a problem with my order - Who can I contact?
    Our customer care team will be happy to help. You can contact us by phone, email or fax at your leisure.

  • I would like to change an order I have submitted afterwards - can I do that?
    Please contact our customer care team without delay. We will do our best to help you.




  • Where can I see all my previous orders?
    You can find your orders in the Customer centre under Document management.




  • When and how do I receive my invoice
    We send our invoices digitally by email. In order to do this, please let us know your email address in writing (email, fax or post) that want us to use to send invoices. Please let us know if you wouldn’t like this to happen. In this case, you will receive your invoices by post.
