My goods are damaged - what do I do?

Right of return
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. This applies to unused, undamaged parts in their original packaging, with adequate outer packaging and the delivery note or a copy of the invoice included. Parts that are built-in, incomplete and those that have been damaged on return due to defective packaging can not be credited.
We will be happy to pick up returns at your premises free of charge in this period (except carrier goods).
