How can I login on the TBS app?
You can login as normal with your login data from our online shop.
How do I register?
You can do that right here in the online shop.
To the registration form
I have forgotten my password for the online shop, what can I do?
Please use the forgotten password function in
our online shop. Unfortunately, we can’t offer
this function in our app.

You can find this function under the “login” item, once there,
click on the “forgotten password or customer number” item.
What can I find under the Account item in the app?
You can find the following items in the account item:

  • Registration and de-registration
  • Watchlists
  • Price visibility - here, you can set whether you want to see your purchase prices (plus VAT.) or no prices.
  • Language - we offer our app in German, English and French.
  • Contact form - do you need to ask us anything? Then send us your enquiry straight away, you can also add a photo if required.
  • Product complaint - is an item from your order not working? Then fill out this form straight away and also send us an image of the affected item.
  • Transport complaint - does your package have transport damage? Send us the photos quickly and easily.
  • General - here, you can view our delivery costs etc. again
How can i enter larger quantities without “scrolling”?
You can just “swipe” to the left for larger quantities and you will receive
a number block in which you can enter larger quantities.
How do I create a watchlist or add an item to a watchlist?
There is a symbol in the top right of the item view. Click here
to add the item to a new or existing list.
