Conditions of participation
Makita Tools GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promotions if they
violate the
conditions of participation. conditions of participation, provide incorrect information about themselves or the company and/or
use unfair means.
Participants must purchase at least one of the promotion-relevant Makita promotional products within the promotion period. The purchase of the promotional product(s) must be registered within 30 days of the invoice date
must be made. If the invoice date is 30 September 2025, registration must also be completed within 30 days
of the invoice date. from the invoice date or within 30 days of the end of the promotional period. Registration after 30 days
from the date of purchase is not possible
. Each invoice can only be registered once. However, a participant can register several invoices and take part in the Promotions more than once.
Promotions are only valid while stocks last.
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
